Gazpacho

Ingredients:
For 4 portions:
1 cucumber
1 green bell pepper
½ onion
1 small garlic clove
1 slice of bread
2 EL Apple vinegar (all mild vinegars can be used)
2-4EL Olive oil
1 tsp. Kua Kama – Botanero
Salt to taste
Method:
Mix the olive oil, apple vinegar and place the slice of bread to soak in the mixture.
Cut up the onion and pulse it in the mixer. Add the joguhrt, onion & garlic.
Tear up the soaked bread and add the whole mixture into your blender. Pulse one more.
Cool this mixture for at least 1 hour in your fridge before serving.
Serve with cacao Botanero on top.
Tipp: If you are tight on time you can add sme icecubes to your green gazpacho and blend them in your mixture. That cools it down fast.
