Fishfilet with Kua Kama Cacao – Seafood

Ingredients:
For 4 portions:
4 Fishfilet (prefereably white, thick cuts)
1-2 Spoon Olive Oil
2 tsp. Kua Kama - Seafood
1 tsp Knorr suiza
50 ml white wine
50 ml cream
Topping:
1 garlic glove
2EL oliveoil
50gr toasted and ground almonds
50gr parsley, finly chopped
50g parmesan, finly grated
Method:
Mix the olive oil with Kua Kama – Seafood than marinate your fishfilet with this mixture.
Let marinate best over night but at least for 2 hours.
Than prepare the topping: take the grated parmesan, the chopped parseley, the almonds and mix them with 2EL olive oil and squezz in 1 garlic glove.
Season with salt and pepper.
Whisk together the cream, white wine and Knorr suiza, than place your marinated fishfilets in an oven proof dish and pour in the liquid.
Only fill as much liquid into your dish as to not cover completly your fish filets. On top of your fishfilet place the topping generously.
Don't mind if the topping slipps of and falls into the liquid. That will flavour your sauce.
Place the dish in an oven on middle rack for 15 minutes at 200 C.
Finish under the grill for 5 minutes to get a crunchy crust.
Tipp: This recepie can start out with frozen fish without sawing. You just have to adapt the cooking time in the oven acoording to the thickness of you fishfilet (aprox 10 min more)/ Tastes great with a salat and some fresh baguett to mop up the sauce.
